Policies, Procedures and By-Laws
Winthrop Youth Hockey operates in accordance with the bylaws, rules, and policies established by our governing body, Massachusetts Hockey. As a member organization, we adhere to all applicable regulations set forth by Massachusetts Hockey and USA Hockey, including standards related to player safety, discipline, fair play, and program administration. These bylaws help ensure a safe, structured, and positive hockey experience for all participants.
